Transmission Integrity Program
What Transmission Integrity Program really is?
Transmission Integrity Program is designed to answer one question: “Will Your Transmission Survive Load”?
The Transmission Integrity Program tells you if your transmission is stable, degrading, or at risk under real-world load — before failure happens.
Transmission Integrity Program
Will Your Transmission Survive Load?
Why this program exists?
Most workshops are forced into a false choice. Either “it feels fine” or “let’s rebuild it”.
The Transmission Integrity Program exists to provide a third option: validation.
At Brisbane Tuning & Turbo, we answer one question before recommending any repair, upgrade, or rebuild. Will your transmission survive the load it is being subjected to?
This program is not a rebuild. It is not a service menu item. It is a structured diagnostic framework designed to reveal how your transmission behaves under real operating conditions, not assumptions.
What most checks miss
Automatic transmissions rarely fail suddenly. They degrade under heat, load, and time. Modern control systems can hide this degradation until damage is advanced. Fault codes are often late indicators, not early warnings.
Road testing without load, visual inspections, and unloaded scans cannot reveal how a transmission behaves when it is working hard. This is why vehicles pass basic checks and still fail on the road, on holiday, or under tow.
The Transmission Integrity Program is designed specifically to expose what light testing cannot.
How the Transmission Integrity Program works
The program applies real or simulated load to the drivetrain and validates transmission behaviour under stress. Temperature rise, torque converter operation, shift integrity, clutch behaviour and control strategies are evaluated together, not in isolation.
The goal is not to find excuses to rebuild. The goal is to determine whether the transmission is operating within safe limits, degrading, or already at risk.
Every vehicle leaves with a clear integrity classification.
Understanding your integrity result
A stable result means the transmission is currently operating within acceptable limits under load. This does not mean it is indestructible, but it means it is surviving current use.
On the other hand degrading result means measurable stress or slip is present. Continued towing, tuning, or load will accelerate failure unless addressed.
An at-risk result means the transmission is already failing under load and requires immediate attention to avoid catastrophic damage.
This clarity allows informed decisions to be made before money is wasted or damage escalates.
Why this program save money instead of costing it?
Let’s start with our “Transmission Integrity Program” isn’t designed for everyone. It is designed for people who only want certainty. As we know guessing is expensive. Replacing parts without validation leads to comebacks, repeat failures, and unnecessary rebuilds. Ignoring early warning signs leads to catastrophic damage.
The Transmission Integrity Program replaces guesswork with certainty. It prevents unnecessary work and ensures necessary work is justified by evidence.
That is why this program is paid, structured, and non-discounted.
Who this program is for
This program is designed for vehicles that tow, work hard, or have been modified. It is especially relevant for Ford Rangers, Toyota HiLux and Prado platforms, and any vehicle experiencing shudder, heat-related issues, or inconsistent shift behaviour.
It is also used by other workshops who want clarity before committing to repairs they don’t want to guess on.
Before we touch it, we validate it
Before Brisbane Tuning & Turbo rebuilds, upgrades, or replaces a transmission, we validate whether it can survive load.
That is the foundation of every recommendation we make.
If you want certainty instead of assumption, the Transmission Integrity Program is where that starts.
